Had a system failure this afternoon, the following key messages were on our
console:
 
Virtual Space Management message 37
[...]
Close procedure missing for Subtype 0 (IPC 001)
[...]
Abort 2475 from Sybsystem 202
Secondary status : Info = 600, subsys = 122
System halt 7, $09AB
 
Subsystem 122 is NetIPC, but what is subsystem 202?
 
We have a dump tape on the way to HP, and a support call in. I was just
wondering if anyone had run across this particular failure before?
