It's not surprising to me that they are similar either, since it
appears that he stated Mr, Kudlow's opinion. Apparently by using Mr.
Kudlow's work as a basis for that statement. Apparently by moving
around and omitting a few phrases.

One doesn't borrow someone else's words. One uses them. When one
uses them and claims them as his/her own, one is engaged in plagiarism
(which I've been misspelling, by the way).

What a morally relative thing to say, Brice. An excellently built
straw man also. What's wrong is wrong. Denys seems to have tried to
pass someone else's work along as his own. That's wrong whether Larry
Kudlow yawns or not. It's not illegal, it won't get him expelled, but
it is deceitful (i.e. wrong). If Denys wanted to present Mr. Kudlow's
words to us to make a point, he could have simply provided a link or
quoted the whole article as I did. What it seems he did was to rework
that article and present it to us as his own informed opinion.

Paraphrasing without attribution is still plagiarism, by the way.

Nobody did Brice. It was a wild guess on my part. Possibly an
entirely mistaken one.
