We use NBSPOOL to cosolidate multiple deferrred spoofiles into one, then
raise the output priority of it. Syntax:
:FILE FSPACKET;DEV=LASER1,8;REC=-200,,F,ASCII;CCTL
:NBSPOOL
>MERGE FSPKTODY,FSPKYEST,FSPKA003;FILE=*FSPACKET
