Merging spoolfiles?

When we run our MRP reports from MM3000 the program closes the spoolfile
every 100 pages and opens a new spoolfile. When we were printing the
reports this didn't matter but now that we are sending the reports to a
online document viewing tool having one report split into many pieces is
a real pain. Any suggestions as to the best way to end up with one
spoolfile per report?

Note: We don't have access to the source code for the program
Note: The program seems to override any file equations we use
Note: JobRescue, Transpool and NBSpool are all available to us
