Just yesterday I used the TAPECOPY program from jazz. I had a tape with a combined SLT and STORE files on it and needed to re-install a system. Unfortunately the tape was created with hardware compression and the system in question no longer had a compatible DDS drive. TAPECOPY flawlessly copied directly from one DDS drive to another (with hardware compression disabled of course) rendering a usable tape. Many thanks and kudos to Lars Appel and Kevin Miller. http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/misc/tapecopy.tar Doug. Doug Werth Beechglen Development Inc.
