Mark and others, I just got off of the phone with a friend on the 'inside' of HP. My SR is alive and kicking, it just isn't available to the general public. Why is this?? I don't know. I'm a little irritated to say the least, but I have some information to give to you. Call and reference this number, and if the engineer cannot find it, point them to: http://wtec.cup.hp.com/rick-bin/sr_lookup This is an internal only site, so turn the Netscape afterburners off. Good luck.
