I just got a call from one of my UK sites, telling me they just received a box
containing an "HP9826".  I have no idea what that is, can someone tell me?
Or where on the HP web site does one find a catalog of product numbers?

They are reluctant to open the box since they don't know what it is, and
don't want to infer any sort of "acceptance"  (don't ask me, they are 3500
miles away)
