It sounds like she somehow changed the number of display lines in her
terminal display settings. Check another PC and see if this setting
matches on both. (I'm using Reflection 5.21 for Win95, so the menu names
may differ, but on mine this setting is under Setup | Terminal | Display
| Dimensions.) It could be that your application uses something
non-standard like 25 or 26 lines to make room for the additional line.
If that's the case, then choosing the default settings would set the
number of display lines to 24 and "hide" anything else "behind" the
softkeys at the bottom.
