Not a tool really - I just aged data (back and forth; various sources)
successfully at a clients site using Cognos QTP.
As you have identified all your dates and quasi-dates anyway, it's
comparatively very easy to code a QTP request for every file update,
taking e.g. the number of days to be added as parameter at runtime.
