I am also faced with this tiresome problem. I use MPEX's %listf databasename,db on all except the dreaded Jumbo Sets.(I've asked for a fix) The DBMGR tool from Disc doesn't work, and anyway, it wants exclusive access. Adager works just fine:- ARCHIV.DBN.AMED has 4 DataSets: WED, FEB 4, 1998, 9:38 PM BufferLength 2041 Detail Jumbo: * High- -Blocking- Max water Set# Name & Type Fields Paths Factor Len Capacity Entries %Max Mark 1 OBATCH A 1 1 137 1790 341269 122601 35.9 2 ODOCTOR A 1 1 137 1790 35023 23693 67.6 3 OMEMBER A 1 1 137 1790 192377 127683 66.4 4 CLAIMS *D 60 3 12 2041 18000000 15500090 86.1>15500090 SuprTool works fine:- /st SUPRTOOL/iX/Copyright Robelle Consulting Ltd. 1981-1997. This is about 300 lines long and needs (probably doesn't really anymore) a file with some redefined fields in it to help with conversions from Int and Dword to display. I'll happily e-mail this to anyone who cares. Hope this helps.
