Hi Mark, I am not a HP 2k user that I know of hehehe :) but you can find a similar game on alot of BBS's for DOS. Art "BBS'ing is good for the soul ... I think? hehe " Bahrs >>> "Mark E. In 1977, while I was in high school, we were using a time shared multi-user system. Our school commission was teaching computer science with this machine. (My first introduction to HP.) On this system there was a game called "Star Trek". A basic program that was Cool in its time. As years passed I forgot all about this stuff. (Probably blocked it out!! :) ) Now, 20 years later, I was wondering if this software ever survived somewhere. Could it be ported over to the DOS Basic compiler? I'd love to show this to my neices and nephews (We have no kids of our own.). Does anyone remember this? Can it be ported over to a Micro 3000? We have an old one in our warehouse gathering dust along with a 9122, 9133XV, 2392A terminal, etc. If the software if found somewhere, could this equipment be put together to install it for these kids? They may not find it as great as the new stuff, but it was fun in its time. (Kind of like staring at the 1930's radio that I have in my living room that once belonged to my grandfather.) Any thoughts? Am I getting nostalgic with anyone? Thanks..... Century Mfg. Co., Mark E. Fabian
