Well, while folks are having a great time in Chicago, I'm back in
Houston fighting fires.

Here's a cute trick the 3000 just started:
progrumer enters a job stream interactively at his terminal
enters :eoj or :
get's logged off.

Is this maybe a freebie from posix, the "feature" where you enter <ctl>
D to terminate a terminal read and, if in command mode, it'll log you
off?  Or maybe a present from the lab?

I'll keep diggin' in my books, but thought I'd liven up the list a bit-
kinda tired of nothing but chicago updates.
