It is good to see someone with an open mind. I , unfortunately fall into this catagory too often and speak before I have had time to think (just like my children). Having limited exposure to other cultures perhaps has limited my growth. Your two cents are appreciated Joe! Dave Gale Systems/Operations Manager Health Care Horizons, Inc. There are people here who post from other countries (as in this case), some of which may not have the same customs as we have here in the US. I'm not saying that this is the case, but I've seen it go both ways - someone in another country says something which offends people here in the US, and WE in the US who say things that offend in another country. Educating, instead of flaming, tends to get better responses, and people learn better that way. There are many folks in the US who have never travelled abroad, who, because of our freedoms and other customs, just assume that it's that way in other countries - which is definately *not* the case. Keeping this in mind - educate and point out the error, instead of flaming is akin to "you can draw more bees with honey...". Just my US$0.02 worth...
