Sounds like the exact same Quantum drive my 3rd party vendor dumped into the G60 they sold me this spring. It never did work. There was no /etc/disktab driver for it. It was supposed to be a 1GB drive. After I complained loudly enough my vendor got me a 2GB to replace it, no extra charge. Apparently it was intended for PCs and not HP9000 G60's on HP-UX 9.04 ---------- From: owner-hp3000-l[SMTP:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Tuesday, October 01, 1996 12:45 AM To: Multiple recipients of list HP3000-L Subject: HP/quantum D-3583 80 pin SCSI HDD> Identity Help! somebody droped off this three and a half inch SCSI drive and I cant id it.
