Hey, I want to do that, too! I've got an NT server: does it come with
DNS or do I need to buy something? If the latter, what are you using?

Michael,

Windows NT has DNS built in, but we don't use it. A better product, DNS
by Metainfo, can be found at http://www.metainfo.com.

They have a 30-day free trial and licensing is a snap.

After installing and getting it going (it can be a bear - for any DNS system),
then update RESLVCNF.NET.SYS with the name of the DNS servers. There
is an example in the file for you to follow. Once this in place, it will point
the 3000 to resolve host names on your NT server.

(You may need to bring your net down and bring it up again)

Best,
Joe Geiser
