I seem to see this thread (moving from HP3000 to Unix) re-introduced from
time-to-time and it usually contains the words "my new Boss" or "the new
owners" want us to move from the HP3000 to Unix. I'm tryng to remember the
last time the topic was acompanied by the words "the people who have been
running the business successfully for years and who understand all of the
business and systems implications want us to move from the HP3000 to Unix".
