Of course this would limit you to one or two connections, and they would be
serial only connections just like dialing up an analog modem (which would
probably be cheaper and DTCs don't support a baud rate high enough to justify
the ISDN speed).
 
A better option might be to use one of the new ISDN remote lan access boxes to
function as a router, thus allowing full IP connectivity over the ISDN line.
