Many thanks to Craig Vespe for pointing out what my poor brain had forgotten
respecting MOVER. Now, having gotten past the first hurdle, I have unpacked
or attempted to unpack the ONLINE program. This does not seem to create
anything usefull and observing the decompression sequence shows a file
structure of the form /ALLEGRO/PUB/ONLINE.

The following has been created by MOVER when attempting to unpack the file
ONLINE using the following command:

MOVER "-x0w ONLINEM"

...
LISTF @,2

ALLEGRO 16W HBD 0 67107839 1 32 1 *

When I attempt to purge this (as MANAGER.SYS) I get the following:

:purge ALLEGRO
SECURITY VIOLATION (FSERR 93)
Unable to purge file "ALLEGRO.PRV.SYS". (CIERR 384)

What is going on? How do I get rid of this? Where did the files that I
actually wanted go to?

Regards,
