Is it just me, or does it strike anyone else as INSANE to pay a company
for the privlige of having them sell me something????  I cannot believe I
am reading this!!!!

Maybe HP Service and Support should add a contract option for "sales
support" and charge you/me/us for it annually? (Couple this with a
commission for sales through the "SE" that provided the "sales support"
and I'd bet you/me/we would find much improved sales effort).
