HPDARPA was already running.  I've made all the necessary changes/downloaded
the patches for G.0 Allbase and PC API.
 
I need to point out that connections occur correctly from MS TCP/IP-32,
but when I start DOS/Windows using LWP5.0, these same connections fail
to occur as described.
 
I've been most careful to avoid "silly user" errors of this type, and have
studied the PC API manual, Allbase/Net manual and the G.0 Communicator
"like a love letter." (Thank you for that wonderful phrase, Alfredo.)
 
I do appreciate your help *very much*.  If anyone has suggestions, please
