Doug's statement probaly best summarizes the criteria for determining
the need for the Workload Manager. I have observered several cases
where implementing the Workload Manager has prevented system
upgrades and resolved serious performance issues.

Now if HP will provide an equivalent tool that will permit the same
control over the memory manager.
