Thanks Russell, it was not previously covered and I was certainly not aware
of it.  Looking at the :HELP PRINT, I didn't notice the PAGE= clause as
being relative and so didn't go past the first screen of HELP.  I think PAGE
is a poor choice of name, something like PAGESIZE or PGSZ would have been
more meaninful.
 
And it would still be useful if this was automatically governed by an
environment variable like LINES or ROWS.
 
Any clues how to get :HELP to print more than 24 lines at a time? :)
