Nobody in this shop has much training or any real experience in UNIX. To use grep, you have to get into the Korn shell and you have to know how the directory structure works. We have separate typeahead boxes needed to support a high-speed data entry application. I still say that the grouping of functionality is ill-conceived, at best. Obviously, nobody at HP did a usability study on these products. You have to use too many keystrokes to get into the mode that lets you do each task. That's ridiculous.
