The allow is automatic at logon time and becomes effectively "permanent" as it is done for every logon. If you already have Security/3000, take a look at the $ALLOW keyword in the securcon configuration section of the manual. In addition, specifically for this situation, MPEX has been enhanced to accept a set of users to %ABORTJOB all at once.
