Has anyone else failed to get a PC running the new version of DTC MGR
and the WRQ RNS TCP/IP stack to connect to another DTC management
workstation?  We receive error RL 896 (whatever that is) after a
prolonged time-out.
 
HP feels it is a problem with RNS (surprise).  WRQ doesn't have any
known problem reports on this yet, though they do know about the NETMON
module not loading (seems NETMON wants direct ICMP access, and RNS
does not support that - yet).
 
Any aid is welcome.
