I have found WRQ very willing to help me with problems related to
reflections. I had a problem updating in QEDIT across a telnet connection.
They diagnosed what the problem was and had the Robelle people notified
because there was not an easy/quick work around. I had been able to use
QEDIT for close to a year now with this workaround. My only small
complaint is that I thought I got the new version of reflection when it
came out since I first discovered the bug but I haven't heard anything from
WRQ about this.
