Due to some campus networking re-organization (don't you just love that?)
the unofficial hp3000-l ftp archive site, opus.admin.utc.edu, is moving
from the old address (192.239.47.16) to a new network (199.76.195.30).
 
If you have trouble connecting by the domain name, you might try the
numeric IP address for the next few days as the new DNS information
propagates through the network.
