Last week someone posted a question about telephone management
software on the 3000, and I just wanted to mention that we've been
using software called TeleMarshal since 1987 and have been really
happy with it.
 
We wanted to capture call detail from our PBX and bill our
students, do traffic analysis, etc.  TeleMarshall helped us develop an
interface with our student billing system, and we use the system
expense report to bill students.  The traffic analysis reports have
helped us manage our trunk facilities.  The best part is that it's
highly customizable, and once it's set up, all the processing and
reports run automatically.  We really don't have to mess with it
unless we want to change something--I just look over the
daily/monthly reports and send out the bills!

whenever we needed assistance or wanted to do something off the
