First check the output from  VERSION program on both systems to ensure you
have the same libraries listed.

Then on the system that it runs correctly on, run it with ;LMAP.  That
should give you an idea where the program is resolving the external call to
px_sch_yield.

I have a piece of Lars' posix code (CONV2PDF) than runs fine on MPE 7.5, but
gets an unresolved (px_sched_yield) on a 7.0 system.
Is there an easy way I can provide resolution for this without having to
download the source, and install gnu etc please?
