In addition, what I would do is drop the INTER, but add MAXTAPEBUF. I've seen this cut TurboStore OLB Backups from 7 to 1 1/2 hours. jack -----Original Message----- From: HP-3000 Systems Discussion [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Stan Sieler Sent: Thursday, September 04, 2008 4:53 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [HP3000-L] Turbo Store Question (Problem maybe?) Yes. The full backup backed up the TurboIMAGE databases *and* marked them as "DBSTOREd" in the root files. This, unfortunately, modified the root files (and thus their modification date) ... so the partial backup saw them and backed them up. *HIGHLY* annoying ... back when I tried getting STORE to replace DBSTORE, I never had that in mind ... I'd have had STORE reset the mod dates to whatever it was before the DBSTOREd date was set (preferring that bit of falsehood to the annoyance the current mechanism entails).
