It's easy to reconcile.  Because tax receipts are higher than expected,
that means people had less money to buy cars and pay for gas and travel, so
pollution has reduced, which is causing the atmosphere to become clearer,
thus allowing more light in, causing the ground to heat more and
accelerating global warming.  So we can logically conclude that by
eliminating all taxes we will stop global warming.
