Brian, Have you opened a case with the response center? Is the printer attached to a pc or to a hp3000 or hp9000? or some other system? What is the os? What is the printer driver? Is the printer not being seen by the computer it's attached to or is it just not print? Are there any io error printed? Details on the problem would be very helpful.
