Yes, this is correct.

The caveat here is to make sure you are not overloading your
HVD SCSI channels with IO, or HAFO might make 'false positive'
path 'switch' decisions because of IO timeouts.

If you get the most recent version of HAFO patches for
7.0 or 7.5, you can disable timeouts as a trigger for
failover events ( in case you are getting false positive
failovers ).  It is not recommended to disable timeouts,
until you are sure you would otherwise see lots of 'false
alarms'.
