Beechglen is a good service, as are the others as well. We have an IBM risc box as well as an hp3000. We had a hard drive problems with the IBM, and a new CE came out and replaced it. Within a week we had a similar problem with the 3000, and guess what? The same CE came on site, and this time steed of having an IBM name tag, he had an HP name tag... go figure.... It seems in our area, a company called Decision one was supporting both the HP and IBM clients... On the software support, just watch out for the updates and patches to the OS. On hardware, the company you are going with should keep enough old systems components on hand - or have access to them (we are a 987/200 with dreams of going to an N-class). We use Wellington Technologies for hardware (800) 935-5832, and company called Lighthouse Computer Services (419) 929-0999 for OS. hth...
