Thank you very much for posting this! I recently posted some of what I
caught, of Jim Collins on "Charlie Rose". His books are now on my reading
list; the CDs provide a compelling alternative. I must say, I am finding his
ideas provocative. I have even gone as far as emailing key players at my
employer with some thoughts and questions, since we have our own "seven core
values".

There is some irony, that Jim Collins has had his eyes on hp for some time,
now, and has made some notable comments about hp.

Without having heard the rest of his ideas, I am curious what else he says
about both strategies and the people who implement them (or not). I assume
that one needs both!
