My name is Tom Buchanan. I am a new hire in the sociology department and
will be starting in August. My wife and I have been looking for a home to
buy or rent in the North Chattanooga area. We are working with a realtor
and have looked at many houses, but have not been able to find quite the
right place. I am writing to inquire about information on houses for rent
or for sale that may not be on the market yet or are for sale by owner. If
you know of anyone with a 3 bedroom house for sale or a 2-3 bedroom house
