At times we are seeing problems sending files to one of our sites (monthly
send of our object code).  I'm trying to find some clues on what may be
causing what looks like timeout disconnects.  I see the linkcontrol command
provides some information but I don't have a feel for the numbers.  Do these
numbers provide any clues?
