How exactly would you contruct this in an example ? Thanks ---------- You could use "PAUSE xx" inside a continual loop (where you would also have the FTP code), but I'm not sure that I know of a more sophisticated way in which you could have the routine wake up only when the files exist and sleep if they do not, if that's where your headed. Ideally, the job would either put or get data from a given ftp site but if files are not present - then it would 'sleep' for a specified time and continue trying. ********** Posted from www.3kworld.com * To join/leave the list, search archives, change list settings, * * etc., please visit http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-l.html * * To join/leave the list, search archives, change list settings, * * etc., please visit http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-l.html * ********** Posted from www.3kworld.com * To join/leave the list, search archives, change list settings, * * etc., please visit http://raven.utc.edu/archives/hp3000-l.html *
