I have seen similar problems about 50% of the time when I use
Patchix/stageix.  I've even tried deleting and using an INIT to create a
new staging environment before using PATCHiX.   Last time I had this happen
(October) I had the response center dial into the machine and look at the
problem.  I submitted a ticket and after four plus months I've never heard
back!

Your feed back is literally the first news on the problem I've heard in
FOUR months.

I'd call and ask for them to escalate it... but lately it seems like their
standard response is "could you duplicate it for us".... I'm not really
willing to do that after four months.
