Hi Donald, When we used DOS Reflection on our DTCs, there was a configuration on the DTC that we needed to set to tell it to auto-sense the baud rate. I wasn't in on doing the actual configuration, so I can't tell you where in the DTC manager software to look. Also, to get auto-sense to work correctly, we had to be logged out of the DTC before changing baud rates in Reflection. Kind of like this: DTC > l <<< that's a lower-case 'L' it stands for 'Logoff' disconnecting..... (change baud rate in Reflection here. Don't press Return until you've changed the baud rate.) <return> <return> DTC > That we got the DTC prompt back let us know that the DTC recognized our baud rate changes. Regards. However when I raise the Baud Rate, I get junk characters. Does anyone have any insight into what I might be doing incorrectly or if there are just limitations that I am not aware of. > > TIA > > Donald N.
