ha ha ha! i wish the hp customer care people had the same sense of humor you do. I asked them about the keyboard thing, and gave me a response that included the word "maybe" twice in a row, so i quickly branded them morons. i was then told that i'm not in their database as being registered (which i did a year ago when i bought it), and they won't answer my questions anymore. what fun. i'm planning to crawl back in my hole, only to come out when hp is dust.
