If my speculation is true the VSCLOSE will perform all synchronization steps and flag the volume set as 'good' just as the shutdown process would. I don't currently have a mirrored set to test with but when I get a chance I will test it and report my results. In the meantime, if someone has the opportunity to test this on a non-critical, non-production system and report back sooner of course I think we would all be interested. </speculation> Doug.
