We get these when users "X" out of Reflection instead of saying BYE, then
closing
Reflection. At least this is what we have traced it, too.

You may want to see if Ghost sessions exist on your network connections. Do

:nscontrol status  <there may be some disconnected sessions> If so stop and
re-start your network services.
