Pardon this 'slightly off scuba topic', but least folks get confused, this is NOT a new film. It is a new print process. The implication being that images taken UW w/ standard print film can have prints specially processed. Another implication is one could take old negatives and have them reprinted under the new process. I agree w/ Bjorn and Mike, I think this is really for those not shooting transparencies, the occasional shooter, the disposable cameras, available light images, and those w/o digital means. I think it was Mike who posted the news here. I, also having heard of it, posted on uw-photo. The comment about "investing more time into a better film" is right on. And another ("yeah, it's called Photoshop") is also true (I use Photoshop 5.5). Regarding a post on film, I find the new Fuji Provia 100 F to be as good, if not better, than Velvia, and a stop faster. Now back to your regularly scheduled threads .... Quinn
