But I am not able to achieve so far what I was looking for.. This spreadsheet definitely shows the job start time and length of job (job run time) and job name but I was specific with X-Axis showing time of day.. I really mean that I need X-Axis on a 24 hour scale with different jobs starting in different points (say 8AM, 9AM, etc) and their individual length (job run time) showing the length of block..

I could not make out much for the one more reply which stated treating this process as a stock chart. Hope the attached MSWord document explains what I am exactly looking at.. Is there any possibility or somehow that this can be exported into MSExcel with the same information into charts with what I am looking for.. ? Anybody done this before ? Any MSExcel help email Id available ?
