Scott,

Even if you move all of the boards from one box to the other in the same
slots, there is one gotcha to look out for. The addresses of primary boot
path (disk boot) and the alternate boot path (tape boot) are saved on the
processor. Before beginning be sure to record the address of your ldev 1
so you will know what path to use.

I would be sure to keep a printed system configuration listing on hand
too.

HEHEHE! This list is great, you people are a riot! Actually my hardware
support (non-HP) guy will be doing the swap (with my nose in his business
the whole time) and I'm taking the system from the users on a Friday morn
to allow a recovery buffer if needed (users don't work weekends). My
biggest concern was any CPU configuration and hardware specific variables.
Is !HPSUSAN a hardware specific variable?  What's it used for and how does
it get it's value?
