This message is your invitation to respond to the Spring 2024 Total Organizational Health survey for our campus. Thank you for reading this brief message and taking a few minutes to respond to this survey by April 17.

Between today and April 17, all UTC employees have an opportunity to share their current thoughts about what is going well and what needs more attention as efforts continue to improve the Total Organizational Health of our university. Here is the link that will take you to this brief progress check survey (less than 10 minutes needed to complete): https://utk.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5b68YXrVsoUtKvk

Or, you can use the attached QR code to access the survey easily on a smartphone or tablet.

Our previous campus progress check was conducted in early November 2023 and nearly 600 employees responded (300 staff and 300 faculty). The information gathered from that previous survey was used to generate nearly 50 division, area, and/or department reports that were distributed earlier this semester to leaders across campus. Those reports have led to numerous discussions, workshops, and planning meetings to better understand and continue responding to identified Total Organizational Health needs on our campus. The Spring 2024 Total Organizational Health survey is a chance to see how things are going now, as we near the end of this semester. To enable as much area/department-level reporting as possible, we are hoping to reach at least a 50% response rate among all UTC employees. Thank you for helping to make this happen by responding to this survey yourself and by encouraging your UTC colleagues to do likewise.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Total Organizational Health progress check evaluation, please feel free to reach out to me directly at [log in to unmask] or x4264.

Sincerely,

Chris Cunningham
