This is the final reminder and invitation to all UTC employees (staff, faculty, and administration) to respond by 11/15/23 to this semester’s Total Organizational Health initiative progress check survey for our campus. Details are below.

You still have time to respond to this semester’s Total Organizational Health progress check evaluation for our campus. You can access this brief (5-10 minute) survey between now and November 15 via this link: https://utk.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Vz83lyXP1hS4Ie

This survey provides an easy way for all UTC employees to share their thoughts about what is going well and what needs more attention as efforts continue to improve the Total Organizational Health of our university. The response over the first six days of this survey has been good, with nearly 450 employees responding from all across campus. Thank you for doing what you can to respond yourself and encourage your coworkers to do likewise by Wednesday this week.

Please note, in response to requests received late last week, we are pleased to announce that this survey is now available also in Spanish (Latin American form); this language can be selected via a dropdown menu located in the upper right side of the introduction screen to the survey using the link above.
