This is a reminder to all UTC staff, faculty, and administration employees to respond soon to the current Total Organizational Health initiative progress check survey for our campus. Details are below.

 

Between now and November 15, UTC employees have an opportunity to share their thoughts about what is going well and what needs more attention as efforts continue to improve the Total Organizational Health of our university. Here is the link that will take you to this brief progress check survey that will require about 5 to 10 minutes of time to complete: https://utk.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0Vz83lyXP1hS4Ie

 

Over the first two days for this survey, more than 200 UTC employees have responded. This is a great start, but please help ensure more complete employee representation from all divisions and areas of our campus. This survey is especially important for our faculty, from whom we have not had detailed feedback on these topics since February 2022. For our non-faculty staff, the information from this progress check will supplement other relevant information gathered through the recently completed staff engagement survey (administered by the McLean company a few weeks ago).
