Between now and November 15, all UTC employees have an opportunity to share their thoughts about what is going well and what needs more attention as efforts continue to improve the Total Organizational Health of our university. This survey is especially important for our faculty, from whom we have not had detailed feedback on these topics since February 2022. For our non-faculty staff, the information from this progress check will supplement other relevant information gathered through the recently completed staff engagement survey (administered by the McLean company a few weeks ago).
